Acceptance
By subscribing to a plan you accept these terms and the legal notice. If you contract on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised.
The service
HB Labs Cloud migrates the client's content to a site on our own framework, hosts it on our European infrastructure and maintains it. Exact scope is defined in the accepted quote.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and activity in your account. Access is via magic link; protect it like your email.
Plans and payment
Current plans and prices are confirmed in writing. Non-payment may suspend the service after notice. Billing terms: [TBD].
Acceptable use
Unlawful content, resource abuse, or activity endangering the platform or other clients is not allowed.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service may have maintenance windows. An SLA with concrete guarantees is available on the Custom plan.
Liability
